Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Fruitwala website or placing an order. By using our service you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Fruitwala website or mobile experience, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed by email once payment is successfully processed. Full payment is required upfront at the time of placing your order. We do not offer cash on delivery. All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable VAT. Fruitwala reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued promptly.

3. Delivery

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2:00pm. Deliveries run between 3pm and 10pm. While we make every effort to deliver on time, Fruitwala is not liable for delays caused by traffic conditions, adverse weather, or other circumstances outside our control. The customer must be available at the delivery address to receive their order. If no one is available, we will contact you to arrange an alternative, which may incur a redelivery fee.

4. Product Quality & Returns

We take great pride in the quality of every item we deliver. If you are not satisfied with any product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will offer a replacement or full refund — no questions asked. Due to the perishable nature of our products, physical returns are not required or accepted. Please include a photo when contacting us to help us improve.

5. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact us at hello@fruitwala.ae immediately.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Fruitwala website — including text, images, logos, product photography, and design — is the property of Fruitwala and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fruitwala's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the value of the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
