Ordering & Delivery
What are your delivery hours?
We deliver same-day when you order before 2pm. Deliveries run from 3pm–10pm across all Dubai areas.
Which areas do you deliver to?
All areas of Dubai including Downtown, Marina, JBR, Business Bay, Jumeirah, DIFC, Deira, Mirdif, Al Barsha, Palm Jumeirah, JLT, and more.
What is the delivery fee?
A flat delivery fee is applied at checkout. Orders above AED 150 qualify for free delivery.
Can I schedule a delivery time?
At checkout you can choose from available evening time slots for your area.
Products & Freshness
Are your products really fresh?
Absolutely. We source every product fresh each morning at 6am. Nothing sits in cold storage — what we pick in the morning is delivered the same evening.
Do you use any preservatives?
Never. All Fruitwala products are 100% natural with no added preservatives, colorings, or artificial ingredients.
How should I store my order after delivery?
Fruits: room temperature if eating same day, otherwise refrigerate. Juices: refrigerate and consume within 48 hours. Dairy: refrigerate immediately.
What if a product is out of stock?
Out-of-stock products are clearly marked on the site. If something goes out of stock after you've ordered, we'll contact you immediately to offer an alternative or a full refund.
Orders & Payments
How do I pay?
We accept all major credit/debit cards and Apple Pay, processed securely via Stripe. We do not accept cash on delivery.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
You can cancel or modify your order within 30 minutes of placing it. After that, your order is already being packed. Contact us on WhatsApp immediately and we'll do our best.
What if I'm not satisfied?
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you're not happy with any product, contact us within 24 hours and we'll offer a replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?
