Returns & Refunds

At Fruitwala, we are committed to delivering only the freshest and highest quality fruits, juices, dairy, and honey. Because our products are perishable, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds.

1. Perishable Goods Policy

Due to the perishable nature of fresh fruits, juices, and dairy products, we do not accept returns for these items once they have been delivered and accepted. This ensures the safety and quality of our products for all customers.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please let us know immediately so we can make it right. You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • •Take a clear photo of the damaged or defective item.
  • •Email the photo and your order number to support@fruitwala.ae.
  • •We will review your claim and, if approved, issue a full refund or a replacement item on your next order.

3. Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original method of payment (via Stripe). Please note that it may take up to 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

4. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund up to 12 hours before your scheduled delivery slot. Once an order is out for delivery or has been prepared (such as freshly cut fruits or cold-pressed juices), we can no longer accept cancellations.
