At Fruitwala, we believe in keeping things simple and transparent. We collect only the minimal data needed to deliver your orders and improve our service. We never sell your personal information, and we handle everything we do collect with care. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

When you use Fruitwala, we may collect the following:
- •Name and email address — to create your account and send order updates.
- •Delivery address — to fulfil your orders.
- •Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- •Order history — to let you track past orders and reorder easily.
2. How We Use Your Information
- •To fulfil and deliver your orders.
- •To send order confirmations, delivery updates, and support messages.
- •To improve our product range, pricing, and service quality.
- •To send promotional emails and offers — only with your explicit consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
3. Data Sharing
We never sell your personal data. We share it only with the following trusted partners, and only to the extent necessary to run our service:
- •Stripe — payment processing. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never pass through our servers.
- •Supabase — our secure database provider, used to store your account and order information.
- •Delivery team — your name and address are shared with our delivery team solely to complete your delivery.
4. Data Security
Your data is encrypted in transit using TLS. We use Supabase with Row Level Security (RLS) policies so your data is only accessible to you and authorised Fruitwala systems. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of payment security.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at hello@fruitwala.ae and we will respond within 7 business days.
6. Cookies
We use a minimal set of cookies. Session cookies keep you logged in during your visit. We may use anonymised analytics cookies to understand how the site is used and improve it — no personal information is captured in analytics. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
